I'm so happy I found this massager. I suffer from really bad tension headaches and the pain is always at the base of my skull behind my ears. This massager hit all the right spots and it works well on arms and calfs also. I also love the heating feature. It's a little bulky so not real comfortable to wear for long, but it does the job. Great buy for the price.

After using a few other neck and shoulder massage devices, this one really impressed me.The most of them only have a few knobs that turn in circles or whatever, but this one has two double rollers and two "thumbs" that move in an incredibly intricate way that is quite realistic when compared to a manual massage. Unlike those others, it is quite effective and soothing. Its motion causes a slight vibration, but nothing that is obtrusive. The heat works really well, providing a reasonably natural bodyheat degree of warmth rather than none at all or too hot, it's just about right.
