Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and packaged within 1-2 business days. At the latest, orders will be shipped by the third business day. Orders placed on Monday will be shipped by Thursday at the latest.
Address Correction
- If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond this time frame, the package may have already been processed and dispatched. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for the incorrect address and cannot provide refunds. Therefore, we strongly recommend verifying your address before placing your order.
International Shipping
- Shipping times for international orders typically range from 7 to 15 days, depending on your country and region. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, wars, severe weather conditions, or errors in the provided address. In such cases, our customer service team will do their best to notify you promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Due to our strict shipping timeline, we may not always be able to intercept packages once they are dispatched. If the package has not yet reached customs, we can attempt to intercept it and issue a refund upon its return. However, if the package is already in transit or at sea, we will be unable to intervene. Therefore, it is crucial to double-check your address before confirming your purchase.
